Picture of the Day

Quote of the Day

Enjoy

Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly, and forgive quickly.
Life

Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace and gratitude.

Happiness

Everytime you smile at someone, it is an action of love, a gift to that person,
a beautiful thing.

Smile
So sad, have to come back to Pahang, which means end of the enjoying life and beginning of the study life.
Oh!! My corn is bleeding!!!! Oh ya, forgot to introduce my corn, (鸡眼) which has been with me for three months, after the orientation week of Matriculation till now...
According the booklet together with medicine that i bought, a corn is a small area of skin which often looks yellow compared to the surrounding skin. It is typically round or cone-shaped, pointing down into the skin. Corns most often form on the feet and sometimes on the hands ( mine is on the thumb) and are caused by constant or repeated friction or pressure ( really, then it must be washing clothes that cause me having this.) . I am currently using DUOFILM since the starting of the mid-sem break. Well, as mentioned in the booklet, the treatment takes about 6 to 12 weeks ( omg, it's too long). * I am applying the medicine when writing this post.
P.S: The picture above show the example of corn. It's not mine.
And regarding the A influenza or better known as H1N1, I just back from DMK for a talk on H1N1. Okay, the school's condition is not so bad nor abnormal, everything seems normal like before. The lecturer just gave some precautions and introduction to H1N1.
Symptoms of H1N1.
1. Mild fever (Ghai Xiong got before le...)
2. Common cold (sneeze)
3. Coughing
4. Headache
5. Vomiting
6. Muscle pain
7. Sore throat
8. Dizziness
Precautions
1. Stay away from those seem not feeling well. ( Oh, gonna to boycott the sicks, it's too bad but no choice, sorry!!)
2. Wash the hands frequently with shampoo and water.
3. Wearing mask ( It's too hard to breath with the mask, I tried this today.)
4. Have enough sleep.
5. Drink water, at least 7 glasses per day. But for syryae, 10 glasses are not enough for her.
5. Carrying out physical activities like sports. ( I asked wj to accompany me for cycling but she said that taking a nap is better than that.)
Heh, it's already 11 something!! Didn't realise that time flies. Gonna sleep as having enough sleep helps to prevent getting H1N1. Lol..
Haiz, tomorrow, another blue Monday.
